Caught up in my throat,
quit staring at me with your dead eye's
Skeleton carcass,
with it's cold look from it's darkened eye socket,
will you dance with me,
make me feel at home?
Or will you let me rot
in this moist cave?
hear voices outside,
can I go
leap in the fields,
and stick my face in the river?
with my toes in the sand,
Rainbows in the palm of my hand,
float on a cloud,
let it rain where it's dry...
I wait...
Listening to the ticking clock,
slouched...
on this jagged rock,
throwing pebbles,
in a bloody well,
Wishing I wasn’t chained
to your bones.
