Down fall.

The trumpet calls for the fall of our beloved tyrant...
the ripe man is
ripped,
plucked and fluttered
awe muttered
in synch

double down on the
outside clinch
they fill you up pounds per inch
won't back down but still
you squinch
do I shout loud enough
for you to feel my pinch
loosing your mind
to all the things you thought were a cinch
as the thoughts swell & boil
and your heart feels my speech
begins to recoil

Its your downfall
so you crawl and you crawl
not standing so tall
pounding your fist on the dry wall
all and all
its going to be your downfall
still you fall...(down fall)
not coming up for air
you just can't breath
you just stand there with
your words on your sleeve
your trying to breath
but you heave and you heave
it will be your down fall
you will see you will see

How do you record that dribble
believe your scribbles
your mouth wide open
and brain sewn shut
your ideas cut up
so you wait till sun up
waiting for your squeaky clean close up
muddled fears
half baked tears
proud mother cheers
for the day you grow old
thoughts growing mold
pulling out all that you been told
analyzing and paraphrasing
in margins on the horizon
blazing, shiny as the diamond
box, nailed shut on a tiny little island
in your cozy insane asylum
wish washing the fragile column
will ya just wait and see
wait for the fringe absentee
to give you the third degree
bask in the glory of the peasant sea

Its your downfall
so you crawl and you crawl
not standing so tall
pounding your fist on the dry wall
all and all
its going to be your downfall
still you fall...(down fall)
not coming for air
just can't breath
you just stand there with
your words on your sleeve
trying to breath
but you heave and you heave
it will be your down fall
you will see you will see
